Every band is public, including the top one. There is no band where the price becomes a conversation.
How your price is set
The number that sets your price is your direct-to-consumer store revenue over the trailing twelve months. Direct-to-consumer only, so wholesale, marketplace, and retail revenue don't count toward it. It's read straight from your store connection when you sign up, so the tier isn't something you argue for or get talked into. It's just what your store says.
When you cross a tier
Your tier follows your verified trailing-twelve-month revenue. As that figure grows past a threshold, your price moves up to match the band you're in. It works the same way downward: if the trailing-twelve-month number falls into a lower band, so does your price.
